Tips break for many reasons. This leaves your bow vulnerable to additional damage. The tip lining protects the wood from cracking and adds additional strength.
Replacing the tip involves replacing the bone and ebony portion, then carving it to match the flow of the head of the bow. It requires precision and accuracy.

Shipping is available within the lower 48 states. We only ship with couriers who offer tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation. Generally, we will require a signature for delivery. If you request delivery without a signature, you will be responsible for any occurance after the courier has confirmed delivery.
You are responsible for shipping costs on returns. Returns must be received in the same packaging, and arrive free of damage to receive store credit. We will gladly help facilitate proper shipping of returns through our chosen courier.

When you are ready for an upgrade, trade in your current Visus Lux instrument. If you've taken great care of your current instrument, we will give you its full purchase price as credit towards a new instrument within 3 years.
