This violin is an excellent start for an adult beginner or a step-up instrument for a developing student. Adult beginners are generally more aware of the sound they are making, and this model provides a rich and warm sound. It is appropriate for skill levels through Suzuki book 4 along with Junior High and early High School repertoire.

Our Medius Primis Model is stunning and one of our best values. It looks beautiful with the grained spruce and beautiful shellac varnish. Its tone is very warm. As you keep getting better, you need an instrument that delivers a more complex tone. This one delivers.
These are setup by hand in the USA. We make sure the bridge, pegs and strings are fitted correctly. This makes them sound better and feel better to play.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping is available within the lower 48 states. We only ship with couriers who offer tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation. Generally, we will require a signature for delivery. If you request delivery without a signature, you will be responsible for any occurance after the courier has confirmed delivery.
You are responsible for shipping costs on returns. Returns must be received in the same packaging, and arrive free of damage to receive store credit. We will gladly help facilitate proper shipping of returns through our chosen courier.

Upgrade Credit
When you are ready for an upgrade, trade in your current Visus Lux instrument. If you've taken great care of your current instrument, we will give you its full purchase price as credit towards a new instrument within 3 years.
